Critical Skills® was developed for selected construction team members to support supervisors and leaders by providing top field personnel with pre-leadership training. Presented in four 2-hour online live sessions for a total of 8 hours.

Session 1 – Communication Model
What is the Communication Model and what could possibly go wrong? This session focuses on the communication cycle between a sender and receiver.
Session 2 – High Trust Working Environment
Communicating ethically and earning respect are at the very core of an effective construction crew. This session outlines behaviors of a high trust working environment.
Session 3 – Construction Teamwork
Successful construction crews have common characteristics. This course covers the difference between groups and teams, team member styles and more.
Session 4 – Professionalism and Productivity
No matter the trade, construction is a profession. This session ties the traits of construction professionals in with productivity.
