Mark Wylie has worked for ABC since 1983, beginning as the member services director for the Metro Washington Chapter of ABC, and beginning in late 1986 as the chief executive officer at Central Florida ABC. A 1972 graduate of the University of Richmond's School of Business Administration, he has served as an officer of the Central Florida Construction Industry Council, and is a member of the Metro Orlando Business Association coalition. He is charged with financial and administrative management of the association and represents ABC in discussions with goverment and industry, and his "President's Letter" column is a regular feature in the chapter magazine.
Nancy T. Wraywas promoted to vice president and
chief operating officer beginning January 2009, leading
the membership, education and communications teams on the
staff. She continues to be directly responsible for
meetings and events. Prior to 1995
when she was promoted to director of member services,
Nancy served as director of education 1993 -1995 and from 1986-1993 she served as the chapter’s financial and data resources manager.

Pamela Hughes started in July of 2006 as the director of communications. A graduate of the Longwood University in Virginia, she is responsible for the newsletter, directory, press relations and website. She has had the distinction of serving as the president of the Orlando Advertising Federation, twice. First in 1996-97, and again from 2005-2006.

Lori Blake joined ABC in May 2001 as Director of Member Development including member retention and Value Club. In September 2002, she added education and training and in January 2003, became responsible for all education and training programs as ABC’s
director of education.
Becki Lewis started in August 1996 as administrative assistant, was promoted to assistant member services director and in September 2002 became the marketing director. In her current position, she is responsible for marketing meetings, events and services and the Value Club.
Michelle Archer Rutkowski started in January of 2010 as the membership director. She is responsible for helping prospective members assume an active role in ABC as well as assist members with questions about renewing annual memberships.
Denise Charlesworth started in October of 1999 as the director of finance & administration. She is responsible for all A/R, A/P and financial reporting.
Debbie Crosby joined the ABC staff in March, 2002 as administrative assistant and was promoted to accounting assistant in 2005. She is responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Charlotte Moegel the executive assistant, has been with ABC since 1969 and with the Central Florida Chapter since 1984. She schedules meetings and events and assists the president with event and committee planning.
Brandy Mangrum joined the staff full time in January, 2007 following three months of temporary service
was promoted in September 2007 to ABC's administrative assistant,
serving as an assistant to meetings and events and membership,
including retention.
Tina Razzano
joined the staff full time July 1, 2008 following three months of temporary service
she became ABC's administrative assistant,
serving at the front desk and handling registrations for
meetings and educational programs and other duties.
