CCK Construction Services, Inc. a successful and growing turnkey concrete contractor performing construction primarily in the Southeastern United States, is seeking experienced Estimators, Project Managers, Superintendents and Formwork Detailers for its Orlando, Florida Headquarters. Project sizes vary from $2.5 to $100million in the following market segments Commercial, Retail, Residential High-Rise, Sports Venues, Financial, Health Care, Parking Structures and Automotive/Industrial.

The ideal candidates should possess the following:

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or 10+ years in construction field experience
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in large concrete construction
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Primavera/Suretrack, (Experience with MC2 Estimating software and Timberline is a plus)
• Extensive knowledge of concrete practices, formwork systems, means and methods
• Knowledge of project safety and OSHA standards
• Excellent written/oral communication and presentation skills
